Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-09 · last updated September 9, 2026

These terms govern your use of haki.ink (the "Service"). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

haki.ink is a simulator and coaching tool for the One Piece Card Game. It lets you play practice games against an AI opponent, review replays, and read aggregate statistics. haki.ink is an unofficial fan project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Bandai, Shueisha, Toei Animation or Eiichiro Oda. The One Piece Card Game and its cards are the property of their respective owners; the name is used here only to describe what the Service is compatible with.

2. Eligibility and accounts

3. Acceptable use

Do not: scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Service; resell or redistribute its output; probe, overload, or interfere with it; use it to infringe anyone's rights; or attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Paid plans

These terms apply when a paid plan ("Pro") is offered:

5. Your content

Decklists, feedback, and game records you create stay yours. You grant us a licence to store and process them to run and improve the Service, including aggregate, de-identified statistics. You can export or delete your data from your Account page.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided as is and as available. We may change, pause, or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these terms; the version number and date above change when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Game results, statistics, and coaching advice are informational and may be wrong.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$20 if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumers' statutory rights.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms. Sections 5 through 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.
